I was so thrilled to have a package dropped off at my front step this morning containing a beautiful little surprise inside! Thank you, thank you, thank you cousin Kurt for sending me my new duaflex camera!!! I cannot wait to start using it! 

I devoted most of the day to taking new photographs and posting some new items in my shop! I have only had a moment to take a peak at some of my new work but I am pretty excited about it! I was also able to take a short walk with my friend Ilze...she brought me underneath this amazing bridge...to think that I have been driving over it for years and never even thought about what I was driving over! 

I am now offering new mini ACEO prints in my shop...pick any three! These super cute little photos are perfect for decorating any space, great for collecting and beautiful when framed!

After a long day of running errands, picking up prints and dashing to the post office I took the evening off to go for a long walk, down the hill, on Green River Road in Greenfield. It is a wonderful, winding, dirt road along a beautiful river full of wild life and beautiful native plants. It is especially nice on a hot day because it is always breezy and cool there! I love it!  

I went for my morning walk around town (I am a real early bird!) and the air smelled like chocolate chip cookies! YUMMMMM!  I think that today is going to be a fabulous day! 

         Hello! This is my first blog post ever! I have been working on my new website here and there for what seems like ages and I am so excited to finally share it! 
I guess that I should introduce myself! My name is Emelia and I am currently living in the adorable little town of Shelburne Falls, MA. I moved out here after growing up and attending college in NH, became smitten with the area and have never left! I started up my little photography shop on Etsy a few months ago and I have been enjoying every minute! For those of you unfamiliar with Etsy it is an amazing on-line craft community where you can buy or sell fabulous handmade art, supplies and vintage items! I am so thrilled to have such a wonderful outlet to share my work! 
         On to some other stuff...we had a gorgeous weekend here (a very nice change after the weeks of rain that we have been having!) so I spent the day at the Mt. Holyoke Range State Park. It was my first time hiking there and it was SO nice! There was a killer view of the valley, tons of mushrooms (due to the crazy rain!) and amazing caves! W had a blast...here are a few photos...enjoy!
